Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to deliver one-to-one ABA therapy in children’s homes, under the supervision of a BCBA. The role involves direct client interaction, data collection, and collaboration with the supervisory team.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of ABA experience, a BA in a related field or current pursuit, and a valid RBT certification. Weekday and weekend availability is required to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of ABA experience.
• BA in a related field or current pursuit of relevant education.
• Valid RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans in homes.
• Participate in ongoing staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory BCBA.
• Operate under supervision and guidance.
• Weekday and weekend availability for sessions.
• Collect therapy session data accurately.
