Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized plans directly in the homes of children with autism and support data collection and progress reporting.

Ideal candidates have an active RBT certification, experience with autism, and strong collaboration skills to work closely with BCBAs, educators, and families. Weekend availability is required and daytime shifts offered.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with autism and developmental disabilities, preferably in a school setting.
• Knowledge of ABA principles and crisis management.
• Strong adaptability and quick response to classroom needs.
• Excellent collaboration and communication with BCBAs and staff.
• Experience with AAC and functional communication preferred.

Responsibilities

• Behavioral support and intervention.
• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data.
