Job summary

Applied ABC provides home & center-based ABA therapy for children with autism in the United States. The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will work directly in homes under supervision of a BCBA, delivering individualized intervention plans and collecting data.

The role requires weekday and weekend availability and ongoing collaboration with supervising staff. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of ABA experience, a BA in a related field or are pursuing relevant education, and a valid RBT

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education.
• Valid RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data.
