Job summary

GreenLight ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and developmental needs throughout the Larkspur, CO area.

As an RBT, you will work one-on-one with clients ages 2–18 in their homes and community settings, implementing skill-building and behavior reduction plans under BCBA supervision, collecting data, and collaborating with families and the clinical team.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking preferred.
• Experience working with children is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans.
• Help clients develop communication, social, daily living, and independence skills.
• Collect and accurately document session data.
• Follow treatment plans and clinical recommendations.
• Communicate with families, caregivers, and the clinical team.
• Support positive behavior change and client goals.
