Job summary

GreenLight ABA in Colorado is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy to children and adolescents with ASD and developmental needs in the Larkspur area. We offer full-time and part-time positions (15–40 hours/week) with 4- or 8-hour shifts.

Pay is $25–$31 per hour based on experience. Bilingual Spanish-speaking RBTs are strongly preferred, with rich clinical support, ongoing mentorship, paid training, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking preferred.
• Experience with children preferred but not required.
• Passion for working with children and supporting families.
• Reliable, responsible and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to travel to client homes within the service area.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized 1:1 ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction plans.
• Help clients develop communication, social, daily living, and independence skills.
• Collect and accurately document session data.
• Follow treatment plans and clinical recommendations provided by the BCBA.
• Communicate professionally with families, caregivers, and the clinical team.
• Support positive behavior change and help clients reach their individualized goals.
