Job summary

GreenLight ABA in Thornton, CO is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy to children and adolescents with ASD and developmental needs in the Thornton area.

As an RBT, you will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, implement skill-building and behavior reduction plans, and help clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills while documenting data and following care plans.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking preferred.
• Experience working with children preferred but not required.
• Passion for helping children and families.
• Reliable, responsible and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to travel to client homes within the service area.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans.
• Help clients develop communication, social and daily living skills.
• Collect and document session data.
• Follow treatment plans and clinical recommendations.
• Communicate professionally with families and care teams.
