Job summary

GreenLight ABA in Thornton, CO is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy to children and adolescents with ASD and developmental needs. Roles include 15-40 hours weekly with 4- or 8-hour shifts, full-time and part-time opportunities, and pay of $25-31 per hour based on experience.

Spanish-speaking RBTs are strongly preferred. We offer monthly bonuses, paid training, supervision hours toward BCBA certification, benefits, PTO, and a supportive, locally operated

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking preferred.
• Experience working with children is preferred but not required.
• Reliable, responsible, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans.
• Help clients develop communication, social, daily living, and independence skills.
• Collect and document session data accurately.
• Follow treatment plans and clinical recommendations.
• Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team.
• Support positive behavior change and help clients reach goals.
