ABA Squad is a high-quality ABA clinical company serving children with autism and developmental disabilities. We are hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement programs, train parents, and collect data under a BCBA supervisor.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification in good standing or willingness to obtain
• Experience working with children preferred
• Ability to operate computers and clinical equipment

Responsibilities

• Implement all clinical programs as assigned by the supervising behavior analyst
• Create program materials as needed
• Collect and graph data for reduction and acquisition behaviors
• Train parents on behavioral protocols and model procedures when necessary
• Submit written documentation in accordance with insurance guidelines
• Attend therapist trainings and team meetings
