Step It Up ABA is hiring an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children and adolescents in in-home and school-based ABA therapy programs. The role involves implementing treatment plans under supervision, collecting daily data, and maintaining HIPAA-compliant records while collaborating with families and the BCBA.

Qualifications

• Male RBT required.
• Experience with children and adolescents in ABA preferred.
• Work under supervision of a BCBA.
• In-home and school-based ABA therapy setting.
