Job summary

All About ABA in Freehold, NJ seeks a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician to join our team. You will implement ABA therapy under BCBA supervision and provide one-on-one services to individuals with ASD, collecting progress data via Central Reach.

The role offers part-time in-home work with flexible scheduling and competitive pay. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, ASD experience, strong communication, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with ASD or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Experience with ABA therapy preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver''s license.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Collect and record data on progress and behaviors through Central Reach.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to develop and implement behavior intervention plans.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for individuals receiving ABA therapy.
