Job summary

Alight Behavioral Therapy is seeking a motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home ABA therapy to children and adolescents with ASD under supervision. You will implement interventions, collect data, and collaborate with families to support progress.

The role requires BACB‑issued RBT certification, a high school diploma or equivalent (associate's or bachelor's preferred), and the ability to travel to client locations while communicating effectively with caregivers and team.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• Ability to work in a home-based setting and travel to client locations as needed; excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral interventions and support strategies in a one-on-one or small group setting
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and other team members to ensure a collaborative approach
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of each client's individualized treatment plan
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy
