Succeed ABA Therapy is a leading ABA therapy provider offering in-home 1:1 services for children with Autism ages 1-21. This role involves delivering ABA interventions in natural settings, collecting data, and coordinating with the team to maintain program consistency.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB is required.
• Valid Driver’s License or reliable transportation is required.
• Experience working with children/adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder is required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and families.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provides ABA interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Performs data collection, analysis, and prepares data for presentation.
• Coordinates with program staff to ensure program consistency.
