Job summary

Aim Higher ABA is seeking an RBT to provide in-home and daycare ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. The role focuses on implementing individualized skill programs, collecting data, and maintaining a supportive environment for children with ASD.

This position offers flexible scheduling, ongoing supervision, and opportunities for professional development while making a meaningful difference in clients' daily lives.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy as an RBT in homes, daycares, and community school settings
• Implement individualized skill acquisition programs
• Collect data and submit session notes accurately and on time
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for clients
• Complete other RBT-related tasks as assigned
