Job summary

Golden Care Therapy is seeking an ABA Therapist to deliver in-home 1:1 ABA services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will implement treatment plans using behavior-analytic strategies to boost functional behaviors and reduce barriers to learning, while collecting data in an electronic system.

Regular coordination with families and supervisors is essential; flexible scheduling is offered with opportunities to grow into Lead RBT or Full Time RBT roles.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• 1 year experience in applied behavior analysis preferred.
• 1 year experience in special education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals with ASD.
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and reduce barriers to learning.
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors and administration.
