Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy is hiring therapists for in-home, one-on-one ABA services for children with Autism. Positions include both part-time and full-time openings with flexible scheduling and a focus on high-quality, supportive care.

Therapists will provide ABA interventions in natural environments, perform data collection and analysis, and collaborate with program staff to ensure consistency and client progress.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB is required.
• Valid Driver’s License or reliable transportation is required.
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism is required.
• Strong communication with co-workers, supervisors, and families is required.
• Must pass a criminal background check and meet confidentiality standards.

Responsibilities

• Provides ABA interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Data collection, analysis, and presentation preparation.
• Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.
