Advanceable ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy to children in Yorktown, VA. This is a part-time, home-based position with afternoon and after-school sessions.

You’ll work under a BCBA supervision, implement individualized treatment plans, track progress, and communicate with families. Flexible scheduling, paid training, PTO, and certification support are offered to help you grow in your ABA career.

Qualifications

What You’ll Do

As an RBT, you’ll provide individualized 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Your responsibilities will include:

• Working directly with children to implement individualized ABA treatment plans
• Helping children develop communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily-living skills
• Using evidence-based ABA strategies and reinforcement techniques
• Tracking progress through accurate session data and clinical notes
• Communicating professionally with families and members of the clinical team
• Participating in ongoing BCBA supervision and training
• Staying active and engaged during sessions, including sitting, squatting, walking, running, and playing with children

What We’re Looking For:

• Active RBT certification, if not we’ll support your path to certification
• Passion for working with children and helping others grow
• 1+ year of experience working with kids or individuals with special needs (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required)
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism
• Ability to work in clients’ homes throughout the Yorktown, VA area
• Part-time RBT positions available
• Afternoon and after-school sessions (Monday–Friday; weekends as needed)
• 15–25+ hours per week depending on your availability and client needs
