Kennedy ABA is hiring an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy in the Gastonia area. The role targets weekday evenings and some weekend hours, offering a flexible and supportive team environment.

Qualified candidates will hold an active RBT certification and have prior experience with children or ABA therapy. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and reliable transportation is essential for local travel.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or in ABA therapy (required).
• Reliable transportation for local travel.
• Ability to work weekday evenings and weekends.

• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home setting.
• Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect accurate data and track client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging session environment.
