Kennedy ABA is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-home ABA therapy in the Gastonia area. The role offers late-afternoon and weekend hours with flexible, part-time scheduling.

Compensation ranges from $20–$28 per hour, plus paid training and certification support. You’ll work 1:1 with clients, collect data, and collaborate closely with BCBA supervision and families to promote progress.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is active and valid.
• Experience working with children or in ABA therapy is required.
• Reliable transportation is needed for local travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home setting.
• Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect accurate data and track client progress.
