Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking a State Center Community Behavior Hero (In-Home RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations. This part-time opportunity emphasizes flexible scheduling, immediate access to earned wages, and meaningful work supporting children with Autism.

As a dedicated member of our clinical team, you will implement skill-building and care plans, record session data with electronic devices, and collaborate with families to promote positive outcomes.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
Patience and ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
