Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is hiring a State Center Community Behavior Hero (In-Home RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations. You will implement skill-building plans, collect session data, and collaborate with a clinical team to advance client independence.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma, RBT certification, and a passion for helping children with autism. Paid training, flexible part-time schedules, and Same Day Pay are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
