Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking an in-home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support clients in achieving individual goals through ABA interventions. You will work one-on-one with children in their homes, following established skill-building plans and ensuring accurate data collection.

No prior experience is required beyond enthusiasm; paid training is provided. Positions start part-time with flexibility to accommodate family schedules and clinical needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Paid training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
