Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with Autism in home or community settings. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and immediate access to earned wages with Same Day Pay.

You will deliver one-on-one ABA services, record data, and collaborate with a clinical team to implement treatment plans, helping clients reach individual goals while maintaining a compassionate, patient approach.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patience and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
