Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking a dedicated In-Home RBT to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings. You will implement skill-building plans and collaborate with a clinical team to support independence and positive behavior.

Requirements include a high school diploma, willingness to learn, and RBT certification before work. Paid training, part-time hours, and opportunities for growth are offered, with services delivered in clients' homes or community locations.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Experience with data collection and progress notes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Engage with families to foster a supportive learning environment.
