Job summary

Heartland ABA in Colorado is seeking a Community Behavior Hero (In-Home RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. You will implement skill-building and care plans, record data, and collaborate with a clinical team to promote independence.

This part-time role offers paid training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to advance within the thriving ABA field. Prior RBT certification is required before working and a high school diploma is all that’s needed

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to stay patient and compassionate with children.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a home-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings.
• Implement skill-building and care plans under supervision.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Engage families and support progress toward goals.
