Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is seeking part-time RBTs to deliver in-home ABA services across Georgia under BCBA supervision. You’ll implement programs, help children meet goals, and maintain progress notes with families’ collaboration.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma.
• Active RBT certification from BACB website required.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Experience with children, preferably with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills that allow the kiddos to meet their functional goals and needs.
• Complete progress notes in our data collection system.
• Ensure smooth and consistent implementation of behavior plans by actively collaborating with the families.
