Heartlinks ABA, a growing in-home ABA provider in Georgia, is seeking motivated RBTs to join our team. You’ll work under BCBA supervision delivering personalized therapy to children and teens and helping families implement effective strategies.

This part-time role offers flexible after-school hours, weekends as needed, and opportunities for supervision, growth, and BCBA sponsorship. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma.
• Active RBT certification.
• Pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Experience with children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans.
• Teach functional life and communication skills.
• Complete session documentation.
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistency.
