Perfect Pair ABA in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy to children under BCBA supervision. You will administer individualized treatment plans, collect session data, and support communication, social, and adaptive living skills while collaborating with families and clinical staff.

This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, professional development, and mentorship.

Formación

• Active RBT certification through the BACB.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel to client homes in Winston-Salem, NC and surrounding areas.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to actively engage with children during sessions.
• Patient, dependable, and compassionate approach.
• Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certification if not already certified.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs.
• Collect accurate session data and complete daily clinical documentation.
• Support development of communication, social, behavioral, and adaptive living skills.
• Use positive reinforcement and evidence-based ABA strategies.
• Maintain a safe, positive therapy environment.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and supervisors on progress.
• Participate in supervision and ongoing professional development.
