Perfect Pair ABA in Greensboro, NC seeks an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in home-based settings under BCBA supervision. You’ll implement treatment plans, collect data, and help children build communication and daily living skills in a supportive team environment.

We offer hourly pay of $21.00–$26.00, flexible scheduling (full-time and part-time), ongoing clinical guidance, paid in-house training, and opportunities for professional growth

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification with BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid within 30 days.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to Greensboro area.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in home-based settings.
• Implement treatment plans under supervision of a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills.
• Collect behavioral data and complete session notes.
• Collaborate with BCBA, families, and staff to support progress.
• Maintain a safe, engaging therapeutic environment.
