Qualifikationen

• High School diploma is required.
• Must be caring, coachable, and clinically knowledgeable.
• Must have a car and driver's license.
• Ability to engage in physical activities with clients.
• Willingness to work in various environments, including client homes, schools, and clinics.

• Implement behavior plans designed by the supervising BCBA to address client needs.
• Direct one-on-one in-home interaction delivering ABA interventions.
• Accurately record data on client progress and behaviors during sessions.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
