Snowflakes ABA, LLC in Maryland is seeking in-home RBTs to deliver direct behavioral interventions to children with autism. You will work one-on-one in client homes, following plans created by a BCBA, and collect data to monitor progress.

Travel up to 75% is required, with flexible scheduling including evenings; positions available as full-time or part-time. Compensation ranges up to $33 per hour, with benefits and ongoing training offered.

Formación

• High School diploma required.
• Caring, coachable and clinically knowledgeable.
• Valid driver's license and access to a car.

Responsabilidades

• Implement behavior plans designed by supervising BCBA.
• Direct one-on-one in-home client interaction.
• Accurately collect data and maintain session notes.
• Support skill acquisition in communication, social and daily living areas.
• Communicate progress to the BCBA and team.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
• Adhere to BACB ethical guidelines.
