Job summary

B Above Services is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children in home, school, or community settings in the Indianapolis area. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy under a BCBA-designed plan, collect data, and support families to drive meaningful progress.

You'll join a collaborative team offering flexible scheduling, training, supervision, and opportunities for career advancement, with competitive pay starting at $23/hr and benefits including health insurance and PTO.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping individuals with autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track progress.
• Collaborate with clinical team members.
• Support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Maintain professionalism and uphold ethical standards of care.
• Partner with families to create meaningful change.
• Create engaging, structured sessions.
