Job summary

Champions ABA - MA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children and adults with ASD and other developmental disabilities in clients' homes or community settings.

You will collaborate with our team of BCBAs and licensed therapists to implement personalized treatment plans that target social, communication, and behavioral skills, while collecting data and maintaining progress notes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized ABA therapy sessions to clients in their homes or in our community-based settings.
• Implement treatment plans developed by BCBAs and licensed therapists.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client sessions and progress.
