Job summary

Champions ABA - MA in Newton, MA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our in-home and community-based ABA therapy team. You will work one-on-one with clients to implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of our BCBAs and collaborating professionals.

You will collect data, help track progress, participate in team training, and maintain accurate session records and billing information.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans in collaboration with our BCBAs and other professionals
• Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy services to clients with autism and other developmental disabilities
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress, utilizing tools and software as needed
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices and improve client outcomes
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client sessions, progress, and billing information
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
