Job summary

Achievements ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA services to children with autism under BCBA supervision, in-home and community settings.

You will collect data, maintain notes, and collaborate with behavior analysts while ensuring accurate progress reports. Flexible full-time or part-time shifts with opportunities for growth and training are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required (Bachelor’s preferred or in progress).
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required.
• Experience with children, autism, or ABA is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Clear level-two background check and verifiable references.

Responsibilities

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as an RBT.
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions, utilizing ABA principles.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions using our Rethink software.
• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators to ensure accurate and timely reporting of progress.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate records as an RBT to monitor client progress.
