Champions ABA - MA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children and adults with ASD and other developmental disabilities, delivering individualized ABA therapy in clients' homes or our community-based settings.

You will collaborate with our team of BCBAs and licensed therapists to implement personalized treatment plans that promote social, communication, and behavioral skills.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with individuals with ASD or developmental disabilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to clients in their homes or in our community-based settings
• Implement treatment plans developed by BCBAs and licensed therapists
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors
• Collaborate with the treatment team to adjust treatment plans

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll play a vital role in our mission to empower individuals to reach their full potential.

About the Role

We’re seeking a compassionate and highly motivated RBT to work one-on-one with children and adults with ASD and other developmental disabilities, providing individualized ABA therapy sessions in the comfort of their own homes or in our community-based settings. You’ll work closely with our experienced team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and licensed therapists to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that promote social, communication, and behavioral skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized ABA therapy sessions to clients in their homes or in our community-based settings
• Implement treatment plans developed by BCBAs and licensed therapists
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors
• Collaborate with the treatment team to adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client sessions and progress
