Job summary

Champions ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our dynamic team in Malden, MA. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities in homes or community settings.

You will work closely with BCBAs and licensed therapists to implement personalized treatment plans, collect progress data, and adjust strategies as needed to promote communication and social skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized ABA therapy sessions in clients’ homes or community settings.
• Implement treatment plans developed by BCBAs and licensed therapists.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client sessions and progress.
