Hand Over Hand LLC is seeking RBT/BT clinicians to provide in-home and community-based ABA services in Paramus, NJ. Join a collaborative clinical team, work with BCBA supervision, and help individuals develop communication and daily living skills across home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year ABA experience with autism/developmental disabilities.
• Background checks and health screenings required.
• Must be able to lift 40–50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable working independently in home, school, and community.
• Commitment to professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA using evidence-based strategies.
• Help individuals develop communication, social, emotional, behavioral, adaptive, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with families, teachers and clinicians to ensure consistency.
• Accurately collect data, complete session documentation, and report progress.
