Kids Club ABA is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our in-home ABA therapy team in New Jersey. This full-/part-time role offers flexible scheduling and pay of $20–$30 per hour, with opportunities to grow and earn benefits.

You will work one-on-one with children in their homes and approved settings, implementing individualized ABA plans under the supervision of a BCBA, and helping clients develop communication, social, and daily

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required for RBT positions.
• Experience with ABA principles and behavior support strategies.
• Experience working with children, including those with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Reliability and ability to travel to client homes.

Responsabilités

• Providing individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Implementing individualized treatment and behavior support plans.
• Supporting the development of communication, social, play, and daily living skills.
• Following each child’s individualized goals while respecting their needs, preferences, and pace.
• Collecting accurate session data and documenting progress.
• Collaborating with BCBAs, families, and caregivers to promote consistency and meaningful progress.
• Creating engaging learning opportunities through play, structured activities, and everyday routines.
