Easter Seals Southern California, Inc. is seeking Behavior Interventionists to provide in-home ABA therapy sessions for children on the autism spectrum. You will work afternoons and early evenings, with potential weekend morning hours and about 15 hours per week.

Training is provided, and there are clearly defined career paths. Applicants must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, immunization records, and be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or people with special needs.
• Must have own reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Proof of immunization records and TB.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsabilités

• Provide in-home ABA therapy sessions to children on the autism spectrum.
• Observe, assess, and interact with participants during sessions.
• Coordinate with families and document progress and findings.
