Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide one-to-one ABA therapy in the homes of children with autism, under BCBA supervision. You will implement behavioral intervention plans and participate in ongoing staff training.

This role requires weekday and weekend availability, regular data collection, and proactive communication with supervisors. A BA in a related field or current pursuit is required, with at least one year of ABA experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates pursuing relevant education.

Responsibilities

• Implement unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
