Job summary

Applied ABC is a rapidly growing, clinician-owned ABA therapy agency that provides both in-home and in-center therapy for children with autism. We also provide customized training for ABA basics, understanding behavior, classroom management, data collection, and peer conflict.

As a Behavior Technician, you work under supervision of a BCBA in the homes of children with autism, implementing one-to-one intervention plans, collecting data, and communicating with supervisory staff.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education

Responsibilities

• Implement unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques
• Regular communication with supervisory staff
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA
• Weekday and weekend availability
• Collect therapy session data
