Job summary

Comprehensive Early Autism Services (CEAS) provides in-home ABA therapy for young children with autism. We are seeking a Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children (ages 2–8) in a highly supportive environment, traveling to clients' homes across the Chicagoland area.

Responsibilities include implementing interventions to develop conversation, motor, self-help, and pre‑academic skills; collecting data to guide decisions; involving families in therapy; attending team meetings; and coordinating

Qualifications

• This job requires driving to clients' homes and travel within the Chicago area.
• Bachelor's degree or pursuit of degree in psychology, education, child development, or related field.
• Experience working with young children or children with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home therapy sessions with children.
• Collect data to guide decisions and measure progress.
• Involve and train families in therapy sessions.
• Attend team meetings and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Travel to the home of each client on the case load.
