Job summary

Gateway Pediatric Therapy in Michigan is seeking ABA therapy staff to work 1:1 with individuals on the autism spectrum in clinic and in clients' homes, following ABA methods and procedures to facilitate peer interactions when appropriate.

You will organize sessions, prepare materials, monitor progress, document notes, and collaborate with BCBA and clinical managers while ensuring safety and privacy.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate expressively and receptively both verbally and in writing.
• Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid Driver License and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain instructional areas during sessions.
• Prepare materials and keep needed stimuli accessible.
• Deliver instruction following training and supervision feedback.
• Collect, record, and analyze data per procedures.
• Maintain client privacy under HIPAA.
