Job summary

Beacon ABA Services in Massachusetts is seeking dedicated clinicians to deliver individualized ABA therapy to young children with ASD in home and community settings.

You will collaborate with families and Early Intervention teams, track progress with data, and participate in ongoing training while advancing your clinical career. Starting pay ranges from $23 to $27 per hour, with full-time and part-time options and a new-hire incentive, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children and families affected by ASD.
• Field-based, client homes and community settings.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans to support children's communication, social, and adaptive skills.
• Deliver play-based therapy sessions in clients' homes and community settings.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and Early Intervention professionals to reinforce skills and ensure consistency between sessions.
• Collect and analyze data on client progress and adjust strategies with supervising BCBAs.
