Job summary

Beacon ABA Services is a private group practice providing intensive ABA services to children with developmental disabilities across Massachusetts. We offer full-time and part-time field-based roles in clients’ homes, with incentives and competitive hourly pay.

Starting between $23.00 – $27.00 per hour, with a $2,500 new hire incentive. Roles involve collaboration with families, ongoing training, and growth toward BCBA-level career paths.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; required for immediate promotional consideration.
• Associate's Degree with 300+ hours experience accepted.
• High School Diploma may be considered with 600+ hours of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans to support children's communication, social, and adaptive skills.
• Deliver play-based therapy sessions in homes and community settings.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and Early Intervention professionals to reinforce skills.
• Collect and analyze data on client progress and adjust strategies with supervising BCBAs.
• Participate in ongoing training and development at Beacon.
