Job summary

Behavioral Health Works, Inc. is seeking Behavior Technicians to provide evidence-based ABA therapy in Boston, MA. The ideal candidates will support children with Autism, helping them develop essential skills in a fun, energetic environment.

This position offers flexible scheduling options, competitive hourly rates between $25.00 and $33.00, and provides training, with part-time hours expected to be around 10 to 15 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Must provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy.
• Availability required Monday to Friday, 3:30 P.M. to 8:00 P.M.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Willingness to complete onboarding and training.
• Bilingualism is a plus for a higher pay rate.

Responsibilities

• Teach communication, self-help, and play skills to clients.
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data.
• Engage actively with children, requiring physical activity.
