Job summary

Beacon ABA Services is seeking professionals to deliver individualized ABA treatment to young children with autism in clients' homes across Massachusetts. The role involves implementing play-based, evidence-backed programs and collaborating with families and supervisors to track progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; required for immediate promotional consideration
• Associate's Degree in a related field with 300+ hours of experience with children accepted
• High School Diploma may be considered with 600+ hours of relevant experience (additional availability requirements apply)

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans to support children's communication, social, and adaptive skills
• Deliver play-based therapy sessions in clients' homes and community settings
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and Early Intervention professionals to reinforce skills and ensure session consistency
• Collect and analyze data on client progress and adjust strategies with supervising BCBAs
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development throughout your career at Beacon
