Job summary

Comprehensive Early Autism Services (CEAS) in Gaithersburg, MD is seeking a Behavior Technician to assist in ABA-based therapy for children aged 2–10. You will work with learners across conversation, motor, self-help, and pre-academic skills, and integrate families into sessions.

You'll travel to clients' homes within the greater DC area, collaborate with a team of therapists, attend team meetings, and support each child to reach their highest potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, child development, or related field.
• Experience with young children or individuals with disabilities.
• Must have a car and willingness to travel within the greater D.C. area (Maryland)

Responsibilities

• Work with the child in skill areas such as conversation, fine/gross motor, self-help, and pre-academic skills.
• Integrate the child's family into therapy sessions.
• Attend team meetings and coordinate with a team of therapists.
• Travel to the home of each client on the therapist's case load
