Job summary

Illuminate is seeking a Behavior Technician/RBT to deliver in-home and community-based ABA therapy for children and adolescents with ASD. You will track progress, communicate clearly with families, and stay energized to engage active goals.

Part-time role (10–15 hours weekly) with flexible scheduling, travel to client homes, and opportunities for professional growth. Must have reliable transportation and strong communication skills, with RBT certification preferred.
