Job summary

Evolution Behavioral Health Service, a Finni Health company, seeks a part-time Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in-home in Brambleton, Virginia. You will implement plans under BCBA supervision, collect data, and help clients develop essential life and communication skills.

The role emphasizes in-home client work, flexible afternoon/evening hours, and opportunities for BCBA/BCaBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Completion of the 40-hour RBT training course (required).
• Current RBT Certification (preferred).
• Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology (preferred).
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices (required).
• Experience with behavior management strategies and applied behavior analysis techniques (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record accurate session data.
• Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals.
• Maintain professionalism and positive rapport with clients and families.
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision related to ABA and special education.
